Arcane Vault operates this store and website, including the related information, content, features, tools, products, and services that make up the curated shopping experience we provide to customers (the “Services”).

Arcane Vault is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit or use the Services, complete a purchase or another transaction, or otherwise communicate with us.

The Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services so it can provide and improve the Services.

Information submitted through the Services is transmitted to and shared with Shopify and with third parties that may be located in countries other than the country where you live. We also use certain Shopify enhanced features that may combine information from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify to help protect, grow, and improve the business.

For those enhanced features, Shopify may be responsible for processing personal information, including responding to requests to exercise rights over Shopify’s use of that information.

The Services may include links to websites or online platforms operated by third parties. When you follow a link to a site that is not affiliated with or controlled by Arcane Vault, you should review that site’s privacy and security policies and its other terms and conditions.

We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy, security, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party sites. Information shared in public or semi-public areas, including third-party social-networking platforms, may be visible to other users and may be used by us or third parties without limitation.

Including a link does not, by itself, mean that Arcane Vault endorses the platform, its content, or its owners or operators, except where expressly stated in the Services.

The Services are not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under the age of majority in the jurisdiction where they live.

If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided personal information to us, you may contact us using the details below to request deletion.

As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we “share” or “sell,” as those terms are defined under applicable law, personal information belonging to individuals under 16 years of age.

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights listed below. These rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances, and may be declined where permitted by law.

• Right to access or know. You may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you.
