Arcane Vault currently ships within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only, with deliveries handled by Saudi Post (SPL).

All orders are shipped within Saudi Arabia through Saudi Post (SPL).

The 3–10 business day estimate applies to SPL’s delivery period after the shipment has been handed over to and accepted by SPL. It does not include Arcane Vault’s order preparation time.

Once an order is received, it will be processed and prepared so that it is ready to be handed over to Saudi Post (SPL) within 1–3 business days.

Prepared shipments are handed over to Saudi Post (SPL) on Sundays and Thursdays.

Depending on when the order becomes ready, the actual handover to SPL may take place on the next scheduled handover day.

The carrier’s estimated 3–10 business day delivery period begins after SPL receives the shipment.

A tracking number will be provided to the customer by email when available.

Tracking availability, scans, and status updates depend on the systems and services provided by Saudi Post (SPL).

Arcane Vault is responsible for securely preparing the order and handing it over to Saudi Post (SPL).

Once the shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery schedules, shipment movement, and carrier delays are outside our control.

We will still provide the shipment information available to us when assistance is reasonably possible.

Arcane Vault is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, public holidays, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of a delivery issue, we will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer by providing the available shipment information.

The delivery issue will ultimately be handled in accordance with Saudi Post’s policies and procedures.
